I would love to be able to rate them as highly as it seems most have. I have no complaints about the quality of the work but had major concerns about the communication of when they would show up and the follow through on the little things that would have earned a 5 star rating such as – spraying off the sand that was left covering the landscaping and blown into the garage, communicating when weather concerns kept them from returning the second day of the job, and returning to replace patio furniture on the day they promised. Perhaps they were just spread too thin on other jobs because they genuinely seem like good people. Just rating on my experience.

Super impressed with this company! Called them after a previous contractor abandoned our patio job partway through, and Kelly could not have been more helpful and kind. Received a very fair quote, and had lots of communication throughout the process. Excellent customer service!

Very pleased with the work Rising Pavers did at our home. Repairing our driveway and lanai area where the sand had washed away under a portion of our pavers. A significant amount of work. They cleaned and sealed them as well. Very professional team. Highly recommend. They know what they are doing. Looks fantastic. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about Rising Star Pavers! I truly love my new walkway & pavers. The guys did excellent work, very professional & kind. Once my home is painted the pavers will look even better! Dealing with Rising Star Pavers has been nothing but a pleasant, non stressful experience from start to finish, from the initial phone call to the handshake at the end of the job. The owners and staff were very pleasant and professional! We changed our mind a couple of times on what we wanted done, NOTHING WAS AN ISSUE!!!. Having to deal with other businesses after the hurricane, I can not say enough about how happy we are with how are job was completed. The pavers in our driveway were being lifted by the roots of a large palm tree. After removing the tree we had Rising Star Pavers re-level a large section of the driveway. They worked extremely hard to remove the endless roots that they uncovered. They then made a fresh, level base and reinstalled the pavers. The driveway looks great now and is no longer a giant trip hazard. I highly recommend this family owned business. Alex and Jennifer were very easy to work with.

I had Rising Star fix many sinking pavers, and sand and seal my large lanai. They did a great job – it looks much better and I don’t have to kill all of the weeds between the pavers any more. We had a miscommunication – and I ended up moving most of the furniture back myself. Alex felt bad – and offered to come by and power wash my front entry and driveway. He is a man of his word – and showed up yesterday to take care of it. I really respect that. I have already referred them twice!

This company did a fantastic job on my pool pavers on my lanai! They jumped through some hoops to rush installation for a special event deadline! They were priced well and worked really hard and I would highly recommend!

The Bricks don’t match ? I hope they will stand by their work ? I will follow up as soon as they do and let you know if you should hire them .work is good but product is not.
